Purchase and schedule a whole hog (truly pastured and fed non GMO) processed and cut to your liking. Price is $4.15/lb on the hanging weight plus processing fees of approx $1.50-$1.75/lb depending on your choices. Our half hog weight is approx 160-180 lb.
Deposit of $50 schedules your reservation at a USDA processor.
Typical lead time is 30 days, which includes processing/cutting as well as smoking for bacons and hams.
